Dissipate

Dissipate is a cinematic music video exploring performance, transformation, identity, and synthetic bodies.

The film follows a robot who discovers another unfinished body inside an abandoned laboratory and helps complete her assembly. Their escape leads them into a devastated landscape beyond the walls of the lab.

The project moves between music video, narrative film, dance, and digital fantasy.

The film extends Rita's ongoing exploration of movement and digital performance through AI.

Rather than treating generated characters as visual objects, performance, character, movement, environment, and cinematic image-making were developed as parts of a single directing process.

The project was designed shot by shot from still-image development through animation and completed through traditional editing and post-production.
