'GOON' is an illustrated Artist's Book that originally found its home with New Bookz in 2009. Initially conceived as a limited edition print. However, the sheer enthusiasm and insistence of its audience prompted two additional editions to be printed.

The story of 'GOON' took an exciting turn in May 2013 when the third edition made its debut at the prestigious Mahe-Mehr art gallery in Tehran. This unique book represents a pivotal moment in Rita's artistic evolution. It was one of the first instances where she tried diverse visual styles and concepts, forsaking the notion of adhering to a single, constant style.
